About Our Client
My client is a top FMCG business with steady growth. Good company culture and downtown location
Design talent management strategy and identify focuses.
Set up talent review criteria and process, identify assessment tools based on company values and behaviors.
Coordinate country talent Review events.
Organize talent development programs, includes but not limited to (1)mentoring; (2)coaching; (3)rotation and (4) international assignment.
Design and organize talent retention programs.
Cooperate with global/regional talent management team on cross region/country talent development events.
Track, analysis and report talent management data, keep on optimizing talent management practice.
Design learning strategy and identify focuses of non-sales skills.
Set up learning management process, identify new leadership competencies based on company values and behaviors.
Organize annual training need analysis on non-sales skills.
Lead talent management and learning team based on annual performance management process.
Support subordinates on career development and communication.
Finish other tasked based on supervisor's requests.
The Successful Applicant
At least 5 years' solid experience on leading the talent management and learning, functions.
FMCG industry background is preferred.
MBA is a plus
Excellent English proficiency
