Provide fist line support to daily end user computing environment, office equipment(printer and Fax) and end users network(LAN,wifi,VPN)
Responsible for communication equipment including Avaya(desk phone and call center), Video/Audio Conference system
Communicate with US HQ for end user email accounts management
Manage IT asset and IDM process
Document helpdesk experience and deliver IT helpdesk related training to business users.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor of Computer Science or related discipline
Good exposure to Helpdesk, IT operations.
Familiar with Windows7,Office 2007, Other common office software installation and Troubleshoot
Great communication skills both in Chinese and English
Passionate and ambitious
