About Our Client
Our client is an leading Import Food Brand. As their are now open the market in China, with both online and offline sales, their business start growing rapidly. Currently they are looking for a good candidate response for their supply chain.
You will be responsible for leading the Procurement and Supply Chain team. Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies in order to achieve business objectives, improve profitability and support expansion. Manage and improve all supply chain functions including logistic function, warehousing, procurement systems, global supply schedule, quality control, new product development and production operations. Provide guidelines and benchmarking in case of supplier negotiations. Ensure the implementation and adherence to supply chains processes
The Successful Applicant
For successful apply, you need to have more than 8 years of Procurement and Supply Chain experience in the FMCG sector (food industry experience preferred), including several years in a management position. Prior experience establishing best-in-class value chain planning model. Leadership, talent development and team building skills. Master in MS Excel, MS Access and Oracle. Excellent communication skills in English. Flexible to travel overseas.
