About Our Client
Our client is one of the leading business groups of worker cooperatives, integrated by autonomous and independent cooperatives with production subsidiaries and corporate offices in 41 countries and sales in more than 150.
*Develop and monitor a program that ensures all assigned suppliers are systematically evaluated and are risk based assessed & approved.
*Interact with various stakeholders to ensure effective problem resolution and implement continuous quality improvement programs both internally and at external sources.
*Establish & implement supplier quality procedures in adherence with global policies & guidelines, ensuring efficient continuous monitoring systems are in place.
*Lead a team and instruct suppliers on the use of a corrective action process and quality tools & techniques to include but not limited to, process and product validation, pFMEA, and MSA (measurement system analysis) driving collaboration with the businesses to identify process improvement / value enhancement opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
*A 7 years supplier quality role from relevant industries
*Target orientated and track record of successfully working to tight deadlines
*Strong internal and external communication skills.
*Seeks opportunities to develop and to take on new responsibilities and challenges.
*Good in speaking, listening, reading and writing English
*General understanding of AIAG, TS, QS and ISO standards, statistical process control (SPC), and blueprint reading.
