About Our Client
Our client is a sourcing office for furniture and hardware product.
As a Strategic Procurement Manager, you will consult when the execution of sourcing policies impact suppliers within the region. You will manage program execution of strategic sourcing activities for the region. You will undertake stakeholder reviews for input to and approval of both Category and sourcing decisions, ensure buyer builds their requirements into appropriate strategies. You will consult with Supplier Compliance Manager and agree counter measures where supplier performance falls below acceptable standards. You will be accountable and responsible for ensuring adherence to companies processes and procedures, develop and maintain purchasing systems to ensure associated KPI's are met. You will prepare, or arrange for the preparation of consolidated budgets, reports and forecasts, and ensure they are presented in a timely manner.
The Successful Applicant
To be qualify to this position, you will
-University graduate, majoring in mechanical engineering or related subjects;
-Strong knowledge of Cost management - cost breakdown, benchmarking techniques
-Team work spirit, good communication skill, health and actively
-A good team-player and a competent team-leader;
-10 years of purchasing, accountant management or other relevant experience
