About Our Client
Geographical / Business ScopeManages Global Commercial business partnering in commercial area within Oncology and Alcon
ComplexityWorking together with executive management teams in the Oncology and Alcon providing complex, contextual advice regarding commercial strategies and technology impact and leverage to define multimillion, multiyear project portfolio with impact to the entire region and divisions.
Business ImpactShort term and long term external & internal organizations and stakeholders including patients. Internally impact on all regional employees including Sales reps, Marketing and MSL. Ensures an efficient and effective IT service delivery from the Global Commercial organization
*The Senior Manager of Business Partner China (SMB), Commercial IT Oncology and Alcon serves as the strategic interface between the Commercial units of China Oncology and Alcon and Global Commercial IT for the purpose of
obusiness technology strategy development,
obudget planning and management,
obusiness portfolio management,
oand relationship management
to maximize the business value of IT investment, ensuring strategic alignment between the division priorities, the regional and country imperatives and NBS Commercial IT.
*The SMB acts as focal point for China Oncology and Alcon Commercial needs, partnering to both understand and anticipate strategic, market, technology trends and/or operational needs, and to translate those elements into effective or improved solutions by coordinating resources from within Global Commercial IT and across the IT organization.
The Successful Applicant
*MBA working and thinking level, degree in business/technical area or comparable education/experience.
*8-10 years of business / IT experience in M&S area
*Extensive knowledge and strategic insight of information technologies, strong account management skills
*Experience in translating business issues into information systems and information management solutions.
*Be able to talk with business partner by using business language rather than technical jargon.
*Experience in specifying requirements, developing business cases, and conducting software evaluation and selection, including proven experience in applying methodological approaches in these areas.
*Strong communication, facilitation and communication skills.
*Performance driven, problem solver and results oriented solid team player with ability to work in a matrix organisation aligning it around shared objectives.
