The company would now like to appoint a Senior Solar Sales Manager to whom responsibility of a number
of Major Solar Producers. It is very important for the candidate to know the production process of
solar customers to understand their need for the inspections. This role will also be responsible for the
planning and delivery of direct sales and marketing activities. Working closely with the China team and
Global Sales, this role will be instrumental in the development of the company in the China region and
leading and developing sales team in China.
The Successful Applicant
Education: Technical and/or business degree
Languages: Mandarin (native) and English (fluently)
Professional Experience: He/she has excellent understanding and network in the SOLAR industry in China including international corporations, ideally coming from the visual inspection industry based in China. The candidate has at least 4-5 years of sales or sales engineering experiences in the industry of automation, visual inspections or machine equipments in the SOLAR industry. He/she enjoys expanding networks, developing customers, has excellent skills in self management and relationships management. He/she can set high targets, is persistent in achieving one's goal, strongly result oriented and has capability to inspire others and proactive attitude towards business development are essential for the position. He/she shall fit into a pioneer role in a growing corporation to act productive to achieve goals. He/she can take ownership and has ideally experience working with an international corporation.
Other specific skills or knowledge: Self-motivated to achieve targets and to build on existing client base
with new prospects. An international mindset is necessary to fulfill this role.
