About Our Client
Our client is a facility management pioneer with over 40 offices in Greater China. They are also an Integrated Hygiene Service & Solutions provider with extensive experience in all major industries and sectors.
to develop and implement of annual sales business plan & strategies for Business and Industrial sector facility management services ;
to develop on trade and off trade channels for the BU, ensuring that agreed strategies and tactics are put in practice according to plan, and monitoring effectiveness of tactical execution;
to develop weekly & monthly sales forecast;
Effective use of account management tools with respect to the management or organized accounts. Such tools include account file, account plan, business review and activity plan;
Effective use of the back office to manage, strength and develop the sales team, and build up the team target and the individual salesman target, ensuring to support the sales team to reach the target; measuring the results of the sales team and make the monthly and quarterly sales reports;
Implement on trade and off trade activities, and measuring the results against target with respect to these activities.
Efficiently communicate with GM, Sales team, to ensure correct and timely execution of merchandising and promotions at field level;
Fully assist and support the GM on making and achieving the sales target according to the company's strategy;
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public;
To cooperate closely with the sales team and other staffs in the company to make continuous development. report to GM directly
The Successful Applicant
Over years' experience in sales in the facility management or related industry is required.
Bachelor Degree graduation above, good English and Chinese in writing and speaking;
Good people management skills with minimum of 8 years' experience in managerial position is required.
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and presentation including strong MS Office suite applications.
Quick learner. High endurance and energy levels-works until the customer/companies needs are met.
Exhibits high credibility and trustworthiness to customers and to the company-maintains healthy balance between the customer and company. Strong selling skills-establishes relationships with customers.
Is able to work under pressure and willing to travel
