Senior Recruitment Manager

*Manage entire search process for corporate level positions for China based openings within multiple business units.
*Work closely with Business Unit Leaders to ensure HR requirements are identified, met and aligned to business objectives
*Partner with hiring manager to develop position specifications and job posting
*Develop and execute recruitment sourcing strategy
*Be creative in thinking about and expanding sources of candidates through non agency means
*Facilitate candidate assessment, selection, and offer process
*Conduct CVs screening, interviews, providing comments, and coordination of interviews
*Partner with HRBP team members to manage on-boarding process
*Network within the industry; conduct exploratory interviews to develop candidate pipeline for succession planning
*Oversee entire Retail Recruitment process in China to ensure it fuels business growth with the right talent and recruiting efficiency and effectiveness
*Corporate and Retail Recruitment process diagnostics and be able work out efficient modelling for recruiting efficiency such as what KPIs do we use and how we use
*Build relationship with staff of client groups at all levels built on respect and trust
*Actively thinking about employer branding opportunities in China
The Successful Applicant
*B.S. / B.A. degree in Business or Human Resources Management (or other related degree programs)
*8-10 years + relevant in house TA experience and experience of volume/ front line recruiting is a must ideally gained within an MNC environment
*Strong functional expertise in talent acquisition, talent management and recruiting is necessary
*Highly self-motivated with the ability to drive change in a high pressure and fast paced environment with minimum supervision
*Champion best practice processes, tools, and commitment to provide quality talent acquisition strategy
*Strong project management skills and results oriented
*Excellent interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills
*Strong negotiation management experience
*Knowledge of reputable ATS and the experience of successful roll out new ATS is a plus
*Fluency in English, Mandarin plus any other Asian languages is a plus
