About Our Client
Our client is one of the top leading consulting firm with booming business in Asia.
Lead role for the Asia region's recruitment efforts, building good relationships across the firm to clearly understand the business requirements.
Work closely with Asia offices, in particular the Asia Partners, to mine and nurture existing contacts and relationships.
Work with Asia Talent Group to identify skills gaps and ensure recruitment strategy is closely aligned to internal talent development.
Establish new relationships with Recruitment Agencies to support our client handler and business services team recruitment drive.
Initiate new methods of attracting Junior client handlers, e.g. university recruitment fairs, adverts, educational institutions.
Produce monthly Recruitment Activity report to update the Group Senior Partner, Global Recruitment and HR Teams.
The Successful Applicant
Experienced recruiter with a proven track record sourcing and assessing candidates.
Ideally experience recruiting in a corporate role; experience with an executive search or recruitment agency would also be ideal.
Critical to have experience working with and recruiting for professional services.
Business acumen and a good understanding of talent strategy and planning.
Expert in a range of sourcing and candidate assessment techniques.
Track record in building and nurturing an extensive talent network.
Relationship driven with exceptional interpersonal skills; demonstrable evidence that they can build relationships at all levels of the business.
Trusted and known to always act with integrity.
Organized and able to create and maintain lean processes, whilst also flexible to meet the business' needs.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
