About Our Client
Our client is a leading player in professional service sector.
*Streamline Company HR policies and process to improve efficiency
*Build up solid HR operation standard to ensure policy, process and daily operation are aligned and well executed within organization to enhance HR operation service quality to both domestic employees and expatriates.
*Work closely with global mobility team to ensure success implementation of secondment programs.
*Proactively facilitate and provide necessary HR guidance and support to other regional and local HR to ensure timely and qualified delivery.
*Manage the external outsourcing vendors to improve services
The Successful Applicant
*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a business related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
*8+ years experience in HR Operation with at least 3 years experience in manager level
*Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
*Willing to take initiatives
*Abundant knowledge in local HR policies and regulations, broad compensation experience including Expatriate compensation issues
