About Our Client
Our client is the market leader of engineering industry, the Group has very successfully business and established a strong presence in China market.
Take lead for the learning/training solutions for group.
As training key account manager to structure and facilitate a robust internal customer.
liaison process to ensure training solutions are very intimate with the HR Business Partners and business line.
Close cooperate with HQ on training solutions and deploy HQ strategy and projects in China.
Communicate with the stakeholder to understand the learning needs, design and deliver effective learning solutions.
Work with external service providers in identifying appropriate training solutions for internal delivery.
Assist in developing and monitoring L&D policies, procedures and budgets.
The Successful Applicant
University degree, in human resources development, business management or other related disciplines.
Hopefully at least 8 years of experience on training in big business volume.
Good executing learning/training programs.
Has solid experience in learning solution design and deployment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Male is preferred.
