About Our Client
Our Client has operation sites and trading office cross whole China; Currently looking for a Senior HRM to take in charge the whole operation business across China.
1.Set general business target and short & long term human resource plan for current business
2.Provide professional HR suggestions to current business and organization
3.Caculate current human resource budget and control it
4.Analysis current business demand and take in charge vacancy management and satisfy current job requirement.
5. Handling current ER issues and build up current HR foundations
The Successful Applicant
1. 10 years above working experience in HR & Admin functions with leading company background, 5 years above experience in management level.
2. Should have solid understanding of current HR operation model and execution experience.
3. Key criteria: Communication skill, team leading, organization management, change management, pressure-handling and able to deal with complicated situations.
4. Well planned, strong logic and execution skill, sense of responsibility and so on.
5. Soft skill: Positive, ambitious and assertive, strong communication.
