- Strategy Implementation
Implement HR strategy to guarantee the contribution of personnel operation to the company's success;
Business Partner in the assigned area of responsibility. Focuses of consulting:
- Specialist consulting to generate alternative solutions for all HR questions and problems that arise;
- Support talent management and succession plan;
- Support the development of high performance organization and people excellence;
- Ensure high quality and timely support to business in the process of target setting, budgeting, annual performance review, competency management;
- Promote corporate culture.
- Personnel Administration
- Support Service Centers and Strategy Team to optimize administrative processes using available tools for efficient procedures.
- Functioning as an HR central point of contact with all resources for day to day HR related topics to employees.
- Project Works
- Involvement of HR project initiated by HR Director to ensure its implementation to achieve the project goal.
The Successful Applicant
*8+ experience in HR at a large organization, and a clear record of leading HR processes that maximize employee hiring, retention, and satisfaction levels
*Thorough understanding of Pharma HR needs, especially with regard to marketing and sales roles
*High degree of results-orientation and ability to execute while multitasking
*Strong written and oral communication skills
