Lead Talent Acquisition team, responsible for all senior role's recruitment.
Responsible for developing and executing on an integrated recruitment strategy for Group.
Lead, mentor and coach members of TA team to ensure the effective execution and adoption of the recruitment strategy.
Develop innovative strategies to ensure talent pipelines are continuously being strengthened in order to support current needs, as well as the future growth of the business.
Develop and maintain strong networking relationships with internal clients and external talent sources.
Drive to build and develop a strong employer brand through effective and innovative means by collaborating with Marketing team and business unit;
Demonstrates personal credibility and impact through effectively influencing others.
The Successful Applicant
Strong knowledge of the entire recruitment function talent acquisition practices, principles and applications including attraction, interviewing and assessment.
Strong communication skills and ability to build confidence and trust in leading the recruitment process.
Experienced in recruiting and sourcing for roles of varying complexity - including senior leadership talents.
Good knowledge on Real Estate industry is preferred.
Skilled with Talent Acquisition technology such as applicant tracking system etc.
Open minded, adaptive problem solver.
