About Our Client
Our client is global leading brand in FMCG industry, its goal has always been to deliver the very best quality product and service at the best value to satisfy consumer.
Thought leadership to guide the growth strategy development in new impulse areas, covering digital and ecommerce .
Lead the test and learn program and drive learning implementation and scale up in new impulse areas, covering digital and ecommerce.
1)Act as a strategic partner / consultant to business teams at daily bases and also for annual growth planning; provides thought leadership, business and consumer insight to inform and influence business decisions, and to support business to develop the sustainable business model in the digital communication and ecom areas.
2)Generate knowledge and insight in business drivers and growth opportunity for digital communication and activation, through test and learn learning identification / codification, data and learning integration from multiple sources, and best practice learning from other markets / segments.
3)Facilitate business partners to generate hypothesis for continuous exploration and test & learn, based on the accumulated learning locally and globally, from the digital related study and also reference from other existing codified learning.
4)Set research agenda according to business needs. And manage related research projects to inform business decisions related to digital consumer behavior, path to purchase, innovation development, activation and communication effectiveness understanding.
5)Support Global and or cross segment exploration projects as needed. Build and share the success case and lesson learnt in China to global community for reapplication.
The Successful Applicant
1.Up-to-date understanding of the digital ecosystem in China (media channels, consumption behaviors related to media and e-com purchase).
2.5yr+ Experience in marketing research, esp. with rich experience in consumer response measurement tools and A/B test. Experience in Big Data analysis is a plus.
3.Solid project planning & management skills
4. Have up-to-date knowledge and experience of research approaches/methodologies/techies etc. in the market place, rich experience in leading A/B Test
5.Skill to find the best fit solutions for the business in the big data areas.
6.Can identify and influence strategic decisions through fact-based analysis.
