Senior C&B Manager
- Fast Growing Chemical Industry
- Key Role to Build Up C&B Structure
About Our Client
Our client is chemical industry market leader and also NASDAQ listed; Our client has a national level enterprise technology centre and sales revenue ranked first since 2013.
Constitute and develop company compensation and benefit (C&B) structure, including C&B planning, C&B policy establishment and implementation.
Monitor market trends and data periodically, manage C&B analysis and comparison; Propose the plan to ensure company's compensation and benefits competition in the market.
Budgeting labor cost and salary adjustment plan. Monitor personal expenses budget, and deliver report for labor cost control.
Responsible for payroll administration management, including and not limited to calculation, analysis, auditing and distribution timely and accurately through HR information system.
Work with team leaders to conduct performance Action Plan and duly support during the implementation. To propose and conduct reward or promotion proposal according to result of performance.
Responsible to collect, sort, archive and analyze the result of performance; feedback to team leaders of performance result and follow up and actions for all feedback and suggestion from team to improve performance management.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor 's degree and prefer HR business.
HR operation experiences, solid C&B and Performance management experience in MNC or consulting firm.
8 years above HR C&B experience
Familiar with Labour law and other related regulations
Knowledge in company common processes and work flow.
Understand labor law and related regulation.
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, written and oral.
