About Our Client
Our client is a market-leading, award-winning, bank-beating, rapidly growing, fun-loving international payments company.
*Growing and managing the Sales and Partnerships function in China, which focuses on attracting new clients, developing new partner relationships across a number of verticals and managing existing partner relationships;
*Working with senior internal stakeholders to continuously improve our Partnership and Sales model, as well as ensuring we have the relevant resource internally to deliver on SLA agreements for current and future partnerships;
*Build relationships with senior management of global corporations in the region, to understand the FX requirements of their client base and how World First can service them most effectively;
*Designing and executing partnership strategies with key strategic partners and ensuring delivery of SLAs;
*Executing activities that support revenue KPAs for each partner.
The Successful Applicant
*5+ years of experience in leading and developing teams, within a sales and relationship management environment in E-Commerce industry in China;
*Fluent in English and Mandarin;
*Have the aptitude to think laterally to develop the best fit solution for strategic partner accounts and their clients;
*Ideally have sound knowledge of white label solutions and API products;
*Have experience managing and developing long term strategic relationships with proven delivery of SLAs and financial targets;
*Possess strong organizational and project management skills; ability to deliver on marketing and technical projects alongside in house teams;
