About Our Client
Client is a well established MNC business specialise in gift card and prepay card sector and a true market leader in the region. The business provides prepaid card solutions for retailers in China. The company focuses on prepaid card processing and direct and third party distribution businesses. It offers prepaid gift cards, prepaid membership cards, rechargeable cards, and coupon redemption solutions. The company serves food and beverage chains, convenience stores, luxury retailers, and virtual content providers.
*Drive sales and revenue with targeted clients in China gift card and prepaid card markets
*Lead, mentor and manage the China sales team including both vendor partner development team and sales distribution partner teams
*You will hold full P&L accountability for the region ensuring profitable turnover. Full understanding of processing and sales platforms
*Identify new market opportunities
*Design, develop and implement the strategy to develop new profitable revenues with online and offline sales channels as well as potential corporate clients
*Develop and manage key accounts and commercial negotiations.
*Work with the marketing, operation and other supporting teams to maintain the business as the market leader with huge development potential in the gift card and prepaid card industry
The Successful Applicant
At least 8 years sales experience with sales team management capability
Entrepreneur spirit and highly motivated to bring the business to next level
Good understanding and knowledge of the technical process and platform of prepay card/gift card
Outstanding client relationship and negotiation skills; Capable of handling both MNC and domestic clients/partners
Good command of both Chinese and English
