About Our Client

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Lead Greater China and Taiwan Sales Operations and Inside sales activities in managing the sales and customer account administration, as well as the monitoring, planning and implementation of projects that support order processing activities.
*Support the VP of Sales in booking progress update, monitoring of revenue plan and consolidation of Greater China total bookings.
*Support Sales team in updating and aligning FSF/RP/backlog in timely manner
*Facilitate communication between Sales team and Corporate DFM/supply chain team on operation issue when necessary
*Communicate with IT for operation/system related issue
*Weekly/Monthly Report consolidation for GC
*Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
The Successful Applicant
*Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or relevant specializations.
*At least 10 years of relevant sales operations and inside sales experience preferably in semiconductor companies
*Strong financial acumen, analytical thinking and can manage well with ambiguity
*Proven experience in utilizing MS Office tools such as MS Word, Excel, Power-point.
*Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin language
*Excellent communication skills especially in the aspect of negotiation & influencing
*Willing to travel for work
