About Our Client
Our Client is one of the Biggest FMCG firm in the world.This business unit is focus in food category.
This position is responsible for regional sales operation, including sales plan management, information management. Its scope covers providing system support for regional strategy development and deployment and improving internal operation efficiency through regional management process optimization and project management.
1: Sales plan management: periodical regional RSF communication, analysis and tracking; support and communicate annual targets (incl. OP, Stretch, SE and Distribution); planning/analysis/acceleration of regional key projects; deployment and impelling and NSO projects; work with regional sales force to increase sales forecast accuracy and efficiency of resource
2: Sales information management: regional standard business analysis and directing business through data model; monitor and manage area business analysis process and quality; work with NSO to build and impel SOP from analysis to action; establish and manage regional data platform and information flow; cooperate with cross functions to optimize communication path in order to improve communication efficiency.
3: Review and tracking: provide regional data support; support NSO projects; provide feedback of area needs and propose action plan.
4: Conference/system/office support: support regional sales conference and QAP etc.; accelerate and feedback on system deployment and application by acting as the system coordinator; coordination training of data analysis and system application skill of area administrators; support office improvement project; support information communication improvement, e.g. posters.
5: Discover opportunities of sales operation efficiency and lead change with innovation.
6: Develop sales administrator work scope and KPI, direct and coach them
7: Initiative and accelerate regional sales operation projects
8: Involve area strategy development and provide system support
The Successful Applicant
1: Good at planning, sales analysis and insight generation
2: Outstanding communication and coordination skill
3: With experience of process management and able to improve process efficiency
4: Proactive and responsible
5: Proficient experience of sales operation management in FMCG industry and preferred with at least 3-year experience
6: Proficient computer skill and English
