About Our Client
An European industry leading boutique company with more than 80 years with adhesive and sealants. Due to the company rapid business and team expansion, we are looking for Sales Manager to help to develop East and North China.
*Sales & business development in East and North China
*responsible for turnover and margins at customers and distributors within his/her area
*responsible for making annual budgets for business in his/her area
*actively pursues key customers and drives the maximum turnover and margin according to the business plan objectives
*translates business plan objectives to local sales strategy including implementation
*consistently tracks and reviews business performance and impact of all major activities, provides feedback to HQ's and takes action where and when necessary
*develops pro-active customer activities to maximize growth opportunities (relation management)
*reports to the Business Development Manager who is base in company head quarter
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for candidate with a minimum 5 of years experience within sales and marketing of technical products, preferably in adhesives or related products or related industries. Able to work independently with strong business sense for both Chinese and Western culture. Hands on mentality with a natural drive to be in the market. English speaking is a must because the position will need to report back to the line manager in head quarter directly. For candidates who has experience in foam or furniture industries are preferred.
