About Our Client
My client is involved design, manufacture, install and service process and pollution control equipment, water purification and desalination equipment, and provide engineering services for various industrial applications and municipalities around the world. Right now one of their BU is engineers mass transfer and mist elimination equipment for refineries and chemical plants around the world.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers during the inquiry/bidding stage
- Manage all inquiries and corresponding activities through the receipt of Purchase Order (PO) and Order Acknowledgement.
- Appropriately develop sales/job opportunities and customer contacts/relationships
- Develop/Grow existing and future markets and applications
- Assist in the development of technical solutions to help resolve/support customer applications
- Assist and/or deliver technical presentations on applications / product solutions to meet customer needs
- Negotiate POs/contracts and related terms.

The success application will requires below abilities:

- Ability to understand contractual terms and potential business risk associated with those terms.
- Able to manage and prioritize deliverables of concurrent projects

- Strong problem-solving aptitude with good economic and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Understanding of Sales processes, proposal preparation, and negotiations
- MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Understanding of mass transfer and separations technology/equipment
- Ability to understand technical equipment drawings.
