About Our Client
My client is the market leader in the semiconductor equipment and yield management software system industry. Focusing on the segment of the inspection and metrology area, my client is worth around $1.3 billion globally and is the most important process control player in the industry.
1. Drive business growth to achieve financial and operation objectives in China region, which include booking, revenue and market share, etc.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies and forecasts sales volumes for all products/channels in China
3. Continuously develop and improve sales infrastructure and framework, and oversee all aspects of sales personnel management
4. Manage and drive direct selling and distributor business to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, and business goals and objectives
5. Establish and build strong relationship with key accounts; work closely with them to develop and drive business forecasts and ensure good market share within these key accounts
6. Review and monitor market competitions and customer trends; analyze and proactively respond to the changes to keep company and product services competitive
7. Keep updated with new product launches and communicate closely with corporate to design in the new products to key accounts in China
8. Work closely with the customer service & fulfillment as well as service team members to ensure all customer related matters are addressed and attended to well
9. Interface with Division, Corporate Management on all technical and strategic field issues or trends that occur within responsible territory.
The Successful Applicant
1. Senior management level within the semiconductor equipment companies
2. Broad knowledge of products, technologies, services and market within the semiconductor equipment industry segments
3. Hands on skills on sales related routine works
4. Ability to work across organizational boundaries and lead cross-functional project to achieve business goals
