About Our Client
It is a UK company, first level in food Cold chain logistic, come in China more than 100 years.
1.Develop national sales plans for SPCS and implement the required brand building activities to establish a strong presence in the industry
2.Lead the area to achieve annual sales plans for sales growth and key sales objectives via a dual brand proposition and manage costs, receivables and expenses within required targets.
3.Develop and utilize an industry network to ensure all opportunities to broaden and develop business opportunities for the company are maximized.
4.Lead the development and networking efforts in relevant industry segments generate potential business leads in order to establish and maintain a sustainable customer pipeline.
5.Lead customer collaboration and conduct design of service solutions for our clients.
6.Conduct customer portfolio optimization and pricing management to ensure the business attain the desired profit/yield level.
7.Participate in customer contract negotiations to ensure the key terms are agreed, and ensure all contracts are properly administered.
8.Lead and manage customer service function to provide operational account services, regular performance reporting, and issues resolution.
9.Build a productive internal interface and lead the Sales team to collaborate with other functions effectively.
10.As leader of sales team, coach, mentor and develop expertise in both product, market and personal skills so that all team members are as effective as possible.
The Successful Applicant
*Bachelor degree or above, majored in supply chain-related or numerate degrees
*More than ten years working experience in MNC & relevant industries, with successful experience in team development and management responsibilities
*Experience in supply chain management and/or logistics operations is essential.
*Experience in business development and commercial areas, building and managing client relationship with both local and multinational clients is essential.
*Good understanding and implementation of tools for business process improvement and supply chain solutions building.
*Strong and effective interpersonal skills in a cross-function, multiple stake-holders environment
*Good command of English and Chinese (spoken and written)
*High computer literacy in common office software applications
