They continue to develop new therapies to restore bodily functions and to enable people to regain control of their lives. These therapies are often inspired by the urologists, gynecologists and urogynecologists.
With the huge regional market business potential and growth requirements, our client is looking to hire an APAC Sales Director to lead up the Asia business activities, which is approximately $10 million sales revenue in the distributor markets of Asia Pacific. Key focus countries include Great China, Korea, and India markets.
The Director also develops, evaluates, and drives The Longterm Strategic Development Plan, in order to realize the market revenue opportunity. Secondary focus on other developing markets is required, and is based on growth potential, taking into consideration registration timeframes, reimbursement potential, and strength of sales channel partnerships. This position is responsible for managing all product lines in the Asia Pacific, by expanding patient reach and physician customer base. Also, the Regional Sales Director maintains a professional standard that is consistent with company relations policy and procedures and maintains a high level of technical proficiency regarding products and techniques for surgical implantation
The Successful Applicant
Degree in business, marketing or medical/biological sciences. MBA preferred
Constructing and driving a Long-term Market Development plan in Asia Pacific, medical device
Revenue forecasting and market share analysis
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English language
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with employer and customers
Strong technical or sales management orientation and aptitude for learning mechanical or scientific subjects
Willing to travel minimum 50% (up to 75% in first 6 months) and will be based in Asia Pacific
