About Our Client
Our client is a marine based organization with a strong track record within both the domestic and international markets. Our client have experienced continued growth across their business in China and internationally and have developed a market reputation for quality. Organisation products include engines and other marine equipment.
You will work strategically with Managing Director to develop a strategic business plan, as well as grow and manage a sales organization with China. You have full responsibility in identifying key markets and working with institutes and industry bodies to win and nurture key accounts.

The Successful Applicant
- Ability to make strategic decisions and inspire and develop a sales team;
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit to drive tremendous revenue growth;
- Strong influencing and communication skills with a broad range of stakeholders, coupled with the ability persuade and close deals;
- Proven track record in managing and selling solutions, main engine or marine projects;
- Relevant education and working experience within the ship building industry and associated products will be an advantage
