About Our Client
Our Client is a leading US automotive parts manufacture with global headquarter in US with more than 6000 employees, our client's business in China is about 1 billion RMB revenue per year, with 5 plants in North and South China.
- Automotive Tier 1 sales experience
- Understanding of the China OEM market and specifically the Chinese OEMs
- Fluent in English
- Prior experience of developing and executing growth strategy
- Prior experience of managing a sales team
The Successful Applicant
- Proven commercial experience in automotive Tier 1 supplier, have a proven record of driving sales growth for an multinational organization.
- Strong capability to communicate with global senior management team and external customers.
- Good knowledge of the Chinese automotive OEM market
- Team builder, results oriented, and hard working.
- Bachelor above Degree, MBA is a great plus
- Native Chinese, fluent in English
