About Our Client
Sophisticate JV of a World leading MNC and top ranking SOE of China. Major in manufacturing industry to supply top ranking industrial clients.
*Direct all sales resources on an efficient sales strategy to maximize to access the relevant markets.
*Provide a voice between the GM and sales to maintain a "pulse" on the customer attitude and mood.
*Be the champion of employee motivation and the face of strong management to the employee base
*Implement training programs for the sales / aftersales employees to have a professional access to customer.
*Coordinate the customer access over the whole life cycle of the product.
*Responsible for the successful tendering of the projects incl. preparation and clarification of all necessary technical and commercial documents with customer and within company.
*Responsible for preparing a market strategy and outlook for the company and advices the management for the product portfolio strategy and changing in the market environment.
*Supporting the general manager to develop the business plan for the future.
*Be responsible for sales / aftersales cost budgeting, keeping them under strict control and applying, where possible, cost saving programs
*Being responsible for performance of all sales and aftersales departments.
The Successful Applicant
*Bachelor degree and above, majoring in Mechanical or Mechanical Engineering.
*10 years or more work related experience with at least 5 years in management level, prefer with assembly experience
*Good communication, fluent English and leadership skills is a must
*Hands on with daily operations
*Determined and result oriented
