The Retail Sales Director will be responsible for set up national sales strategy, build a sustainable sales structure for consistent growth in China. Leading retail sales team to develop and complete sales targets in both revenues and profits.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should be
At least Bachelor degree or above,.
Above 10 years sales working experiences in FMCG retail. At least 5 years sales team management experience.
Have leadership skill, excellent organize, plan, coordination, control ability.
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
Aggressive and ambitious, good sense of retail market.
High motivation and job performance
Verbal and written English communication skills
