About Our Client
Our client is the global leading company specialized in providing sustainable floor and sports surface solution. With more than 100 years history, our client has experienced a rapid and profitable growth. It aims to provide customers with the unique and sustainable floor solution.
*Develop and implement an annual business plans, sales budgets and sales incentive schemes in support of organizational strategy and objectives
*Achieve assigned sales and profit target of China
*Develop and manage sales channel via selective distribution strategy
*Develop sales with key retailers through merchandising, product training, sales training etc.
*Manage and set up where necessary key area sales managers throughout China region
*Provide coaching and feedback to the sales team to improve sales team's competencies
*Ensuring key customers have the correct stock levels to supply the increasing product demand
*Establish and maintain strong relationships with business partners and customers
*Collaborate with marketing to implement marketing/PR plans
*Orders logistic arrangement, including stock call off from domestic warehouse or factory to customers DC. Liaise with local logistic company which Pacific has assigned.
*Monthly report including sales data analysis report for each channel.
