About Our Client
With thousands of employees all around the world. Our German client is the market-leading manufacturer of high-tech-products and systems in surface finishing technology. Their business in China is mainly in powder coating. They are planning to expend the current business as well as paint spraying and dispenser equipment.
Your role will include:
-Sales management: Driving the sales development of our industrial equipment business (powder, liquid, adhesives & sealants) in South China, including the following parts: Launch new products, develop an after-sales service, plan and direct sales team training
Responsible for the annual sales targets and budget of the region including forecasts.
-People management: Lead and coordinate the local service team, Cooperate with the project team to follow up related projects, Monitor Branch office operations (including expense control), Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team (e.g. set individual sales targets with local sales team, co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople)
The Successful Applicant
This role requires:
-5 to 10 years' experience in our or related industries is a must
-Good English skills preferred
