About Our Client

Support the business area which entails a high degree of sensitivity and financial /regulatory & reputational risk, particularly with respect to risks arising out of non-compliance with extensive and complex policies/regulations and business partner needs and expectations; strictly adhere to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with our client and regulatory standards, policies and practices; report control weaknesses, compliance breaches and operational loss events.
-Doing trend analysis on Quality, identify of Areas of Improvement, provide inputs to the management/operation team on improving
- Doing a Training needs analysis and building a standardized curriculum, across RCC GSC as a region reducing door to desk time, improving training effectiveness as well as meeting trainer effectiveness.
*To acquire an in depth understanding of the quality measuring procedures and the training requirements of the processes
The Successful Applicant
-Bachelor's degree preferably in accounting, finance or similar field ;
-Minimum of 2-5 years work experience in Credit/Risk/Compliance/ Fraud or allied roles in the financial services industry;
-Demonstrate ability to supervise, train and administer the work and development of assigned staff;
-Command over various applications including MS Word , Excel and Power point;
-Ability to effectively organize work schedules and manage multiple tasks by utilizing time management skills;
-Ability to work as an effective team member within the departments and company as a whole;
-Ability to be flexible and willing to change along with changes in corporate and department objectives in addition to recommending changes to assist in meeting these objectives;
-Respect other people's point of view and ability to receive constructive feedback;
