About Our Client

Currently, my client has more than 3,000 employees and more than 20 branches in China. The company's annual sales in China are 1 billion. This company was established in 1998 and currently has more than 1,800 employees. In China, My client provides service and solutions for clients in energy, oil & gas, paper, raw materials and transportation &automotive sectors.
-Screen the market and look for opportunities / prospects, based on our Sales Strategy
-Develop and execute an regional aggressive sales and business development action plan to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for new business targets in East China in auto and adjacent sectors.
-Identify all business development opportunities in strategic auto clients of the region & map out the opportunities to present to Corporate Management;
-Lead the complete sales process, starting with setting up new relationships, preparing offers and concepts (together with the BD Team in Shanghai), presenting and arguing at the customers and finally lead the contract negotiations.
-Cooperate with all needed VISH departments, esp. with the onsite Operational Organization, esp. Operation Directors for the execution of the Sales process.
-To assist other ad-hoc issues assigned by BD Sr. Director that relates to the business development function.
The Successful Applicant
-Bachelor with a minimum of 8 years sales experience in a professional environment, engineering profile and experience in auto and machinery sectors is preferred;
-Experience in selling technical services is also preferred;
-Good command of both written English and oral English;
-Excellent negotiation skills with good presentation and communication skills;
-Self-motivated and able to work against ambitious targets;
-Strong personality to approach the Management Levels at the customers.
