Our client is a leading multinational food company with a long experience in delivering world class standards in quality products to a wide base of food processing clients and retailers in China. Linkage Farm frites is a whole new organization established in 2015 and is a joint venture enterprise between two market leading organizations - Inner Mongolia Linkage Potato Co., Ltd and Farm Frites in Holland. Having built a state of the art industry leading modern processing plant their objective is to create the leading brand in Chinese potato leisure foods. Directly report to the Commercial Director, the position will be base in Shanghai, Beijing or Guangzhou/Fujian depending on candidate's current location and network base. As the very first member of the newly established commercial team, you will be developing and expanding channels including regional distributor and KA network. In addition, you are expected to give insights into business strategy planning and implementing it for the region in charge. The role will work coordinately with the Commercial Director and the other teams including marketing and customer service.
The Successful Applicant
You must possess very solid channel management experience in food service including QSR and HORECA. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 year experience of channel management with strong distributor and key account network. Besides, the candidate must have very strong communication skill and need to be initiative.
Candidates with MNC background and good English ability preferred.
