About Our Client
My client is a dominate player in the field of Engineering software.
*Responsible for your region's sales budget and profitability achievement, cost management, local discount management and approval processes;
*Develop your region's long range and annual business plans executing a successful market strategy for sustainable growth;
*Provide guidance to sales people on negotiating contracts and overall sales strategy as well as the development and on-going maintenance of overall Territory plans and individual Account Plans.
*Maintain key customer relationships, while developing and implementing strategies for expanding market share;
*Maintain effective reporting mechanisms and business communications channels and provide reports and sales analysis as required for use within region and/or Corporate Leadership Team
The Successful Applicant
*10-20 years of proven direct sales and business development experience in the manufacturing industry with knowledge of Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
*Experience of Key/Strategic Account Management and at least 3-5 years' proven track record in team management
*Demonstrated ability to influence, challenge, negotiate, build credibility and work with integrity at all levels within the internal and external organization.
*Good communication skill in both English and Mandarin is mandatory
