About Our Client
leading food manufacturers known for their varies food brands
*lead, communicate and enforce excellent execution in terms of national trade strategy and priorities in responsible sales area, to ensure winning by Geographic/Channel/Account/ net sales, distribution, in-store presence, and related financial indicators.
*develop an effective sales infra-structure and ensure field Sales organization infrastructure can continually support business sustainable development.
*manage distributors in responsible sales area with effective joint business plan, lead sales team to optimize distributors network.
*control and manage effectively trading, selling and M&P expenses for the area. Work and coordinate closely with Finance Manager to deliver the expense control targets
The Successful Applicant
*university degree, with minimum 10 years sales management experience in multi-national FMCG companies with solid field sales experience
*knowledgeable about go-to-market strategy, has basic sales finance knowledge.
*good communication skills in English and Mandarin
*strong Leadership and Capable of leading a diverse team
*ability to create a positive teamwork environment unleashing individuals' potential
