*Develop and driving channel strategy and regional annual project plan to implement at regional level base on regional and local market/channel understanding and insights.
*Development planning platform and management process to ensure national strategy and projects well executed by regional sales team
*Support field sales team to drive excellent execution performance.
*Provide channel development knowledge and best practices cross regional sales team improvement sales team's capability.
*Responsible for local business initiatives to fulfill regional business development requirement
The Successful Applicant
*Have more than 5 years experiences with sales management and team manager
*Can provide have good performance with pervious career experience
*Good at planning and process management working skill and experience
*Good at communication and team work
