About Our Client
A Food & Health Care Master
-Work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to create the recruitment strategy, in line with the business strategy and regional talent acquisition strategy; to manage, delivery and measure end-to-end projects across the group
-Oversee recruiting metrics reporting including monthly individual, department and hiring managers' survey focused on cost, quality, delivery and experience
-Develop and maintain a high degree of understanding and insights of the digital market in China, competitor analysis, market trends & requirements and consistently inform and influence key internal customers and stakeholders
-Partner with key leaders & hiring managers to plan and deliver agency-focused recruiting solutions
The Successful Applicant
-7+ years' experience working in an in-house recruiting role with track record in managing corporate recruitment projects.
Ideally worked in a fast growing and managed high turn-over situation with a track record in building and upgrading the recruitment system.
-Excellent project management skills, stakeholder influencing skills, experience managing clients or internal stakeholders at all levels.
-Demonstrated success in partnering across a de-centralized company, and leading recruitment projects in a highly accountable, results-oriented company.
-Analytical skills and conceptual thinking is critical. Creative, self-motivated and embrace challenges
