About Our Client
My client provides retail fixture solutions for large multinational companies whose brands are leaders in their categories. In recent years, my client has a strategic plan of growth in Chinese market and a newly created Senior Engineering Manager role now exists in their facilities in Dongguan.
You will work with executive to develop competitive edging Quality strategy and implementation approach.Continuously improve overall quality management performance, include but not limited in quality assurance system implementation, quality engineering capability enhance, and quality inspection execution, etc. Continuously improve both in house making or outsource subcontracting quality performance to improve customer satisfactions upon ex-work goods quality and customer service quality. Streamline the work processes, control points and reporting formats along Quality management.Provide mutual leadership on people developing like talent acquisition, coach, growth and retention. Set up, deploy and organize regular KPI review per Quality performance like customer satisfaction, ex-work goods quality, internal yield and quality cost reduction, etc.
The Successful Applicant
Rich experience of global manufacturing Quality experience, of which more than 5 years experience as manager of Quality management. You need to deeply understand high mix low volume and custom-tailor product manufacturing and overall factory operation, very good knowledge of both technical and management know-how on day to day operation with sound knowledge and hands on experience of project drive manufacturing operation, good practices include but not limit in project and quality assurance system set up and implementation, quality engineering force build and enhancement, quality inspection fully executed always, and EHS discipline followed on shop floor, etc. You are supposed to have solid experience of fast moving, customer tailor and project driven production quality management. Customer orientation, teamwork spirit and interpersonal skill to work with various kinds of personalities. You need to be quick learning and decision making, root cause analysis and corrective action taking ability. Good summary, report and communication skill in bilingual format is a plus.
