About Our Client
A new local company in new energy vehicle industry, which already has more than 1000 people factory in Shanghai and now plan to build another factory in Nanjing/Hefei.
It's a very promising industry with the new national policy, which is to strongly support the development of new energy.
1. Deal with customer normal production complaint and monitor the problem solving process.
2. Support customer production launch on time (engine plant and vehicle plant).
3. Provide customer field assistance.
4. Organize and coordinate customer training both for field and plant.
5. Follow up customer initial sample (partly) and return and rejects report.
6. Warranty agreement negotiation.
Quality System Establishment
1. Assigned as the " Management Representative", responsible for establish & maintaining , and improving Quality Management System.
2. Develop Quality Manual and lead the procedures and work instructions drafting process with
the support of all functional departments.
3. Take overall responsibility to ensure the full implementation of the procedures and work
instruction through the support of all functional departments.
People Training and Development
1.Lead, train and develop one Customer Service Engineer to achieve the overall department goals and objectives.
The Successful Applicant
1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in battery pack of vehicle.
2. 5 years plus working experience in automotive components manufacturing enterprises.
3. Good logic sense in specific understanding, drawing specifications.
4. Knowledge of EMS system.
5. Good English and Chinese communication and presentation skills.
6. Proficiency in PC software and MS-office suites, email and etc.
7. Basics knowledge and skills in budgeting and expenses control.
8. Good people skills, project management skills, and critical problem solving skills.
