About Our Client
Our Client is a US base company sells house appliance.
As a QA manager, you will oversees implementation and adherence to defined quality standards; you will promotes standardization and quality assurance "best practices" to drive continuous improvement; you will establishes and drives standardized quality assurance processes; you will analyzes root cause of quality problems and assists in corrective/preventive actions; you will conducts product quality testing as needed, including ad hoc audits in stores or at manufacturing facilities to verify or troubleshoot quality issues; you will monitor and track the trend performance of quality and its impact on business objectives; you will analyzes quality assurance data and makes recommendation to Product Development team based on analysis; you will provides quality data inputs to Reporting Analyst to report against operational performance; you will leads and manages the development of team members by setting clear objectives, providing ongoing performance feedback and evaluating development potential; you will have analytical problem solving and decision making skills; leverages data and applies solid judgment to analysis.
The Successful Applicant
To be qualify to this position, you will
-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in production engineering, mechanical engineering or quality management
-Knowledge of production processes, quality control concepts, process improvement and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacturing of home appliance products
-At least 10 years working experience with at least 5 years' experience in managerial level
