About Our Client
Our client is an active member and at the forefront of FinTech. As a multinational company our client have their own Innovation Labs in Guangzhou, Pune, London and Hong Kong which provide a secure, Internet-facing environment to explore new ideas. And now, they support seven investment banking businesses and associated global functions such as Risk and Finance.
1.Management & Leadership of Regulatory, Compliance & Operational Risk
Demonstrate leadership on Regulatory & Compliance matters. Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting in accordance with section B.1.2 of the Group Operations FIM.
2.Observation of Internal Controls
Maintain and observe the internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators. Foster a compliance culture and implement Group Compliance Policy by managing compliance risk in liaison with the Head of Group Compliance, Regional Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer or Local Compliance Officer, ensuring adequate compliance resources are in place and training is provided, and optimising relations with regulators
The Successful Applicant
1.The jobholder has to have an excellent knowledge of the project management discipline and can put the discipline into practice. He/She is proficient in running smaller flagship projects or local projects.
2.The jobholder is required to understand the business requirement, have strong commercial orientation, possess good business knowledge and market trend, and can appreciate the business usage of system developed. He/She has good understanding on business challenges and functional priorities. The Business Face Off is usually Band 4 or 5 Business Manager.
3.The jobholder is also required to possess sufficient technical knowledge and strong analytic skills in order to work effectively with IT developers. The jobholder must be a good communicator with effective communication, clear and concise presentation skills. He/She must also have strong interpersonal skills to foster partnership among project participants and collaborate with them to ensure successful project delivery.
