About Our Client
Our client as one of the biggest semiconductor manufacturing global company, they have 3 factories in China. With outstanding quality management and rapid development in recent years, they have already built up a very strong engineering and manufacturing team.
1.Responsible for overall project planning, co-ordination, supervision and management of site works
2.Monitor overall site construction & electrical + mechanical systems & cleanroom design & installation/renovation including tender analysis, contract negotiation, project planning, quality & progress monitoring and overall administration
3.Coordinate with local design institutes and contractors for the execution of the project within the approved budget, project time frame and up to the preset quality standard
The Successful Applicant
1.Bachelor and above majored in facility/Building / Civil / Structural Engineering or related disciplines Engineering
2.At least 10 years' experience in building construction & electrical + mechanical systems & cleanroom design & installation/renovation, and minimum 5 years as overall project planning and management
3.Comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the facilities and manufacturing requirements
4.High integrity, open-minded & self-motivated professional experience; Strictly BCC compliant
