About Our Client
Our client is a Spanish Hotel & Resort Brand company, willing to expand their business in China and across Asia region.
Please see all the key responsibilities as below:
1. Coordinating with Spanish Design team on the construction and design proposal and providing executed suggestion
2. Communicating with Local Construction team with doable advise and monitoring daily execution
3. As the repetitive for the hotel to communicate internally and externally.

The Successful Applicant
1. Educated in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or other Engineering related major
2. 5 years and above experience in hotel related projects
3. Previous experience in upscale hotel fit-out will be an advantage.
4. Good leadership and communication skills
5. Good command of English and Chinese
