About Our Client
Our client is a world's leading company offering a complete range of heating and water heating products, systems, services and solutions designed to provide the maximum degree of comfort with the minimum use of energy. With the new strategy change in China market, there's a newly created position raised to support the China business growth.
Reporting to China MD, you will lead the national project channel sales strategy in order to accelerate growth and profitability in project channel. Your main responsibilities will include to take charge of P&L for project, to identify project channel in terms of geographical areas, product lines, consumer and purchasing drivers, to target main key accounts (e.g. Top 100 real estates developers) in order to generate business opportunities. You will also need to form the marketing strategies together with marketing department to promote the product brand, facilitate and coordinate with regional teams for the execution of national projects.
The Successful Applicant
Ideal candidate need to be degree qualified, preferably MBA and have 10+ years sales management experience including 5+ years related experience connecting with real estate developers. Strong project sales experience, broad relationships in the real estate channel will be key to success in this role. Strong negotiation and presentation capability is essential. The capability of working independently in matrix organization would be required. Experience with heading industrial, sanitary or building materials where there are strong project links with real estates developers would be highly preferred. Strong command of English and Mandarin is must.
