* Orchestrate sales, marketing, operations, learning and support Partner engines on agreement with BU
* Build Partner Virtual team throughout the Regional organization. Strong coordination skills needed as well as leadership for success 360º relationships
* Construction and enhancement of Partner Ecosystem (Depth & Breadth) to cover the X-sell, up sell, and compete opportunities. Business Development Skills and market knowledge needed.
* Increase Partner reach, frequency and yield, as KPIs to achieve revenue and Market Share goals.
* Build Partner Growth Business Plan for FY16 and for next 3 Years. Ability to design plan, resources needs, calendar of execution, and metrics management.
* Set Partner Satisfaction as key driver of business. Make a plan and track it as key KPI
The Successful Applicant
* Rich experience in Channel Sales/Product/Program management. He or She will be willing to take on a big challenge with significant growth potential.
* Capacity to manage a big set of tasks and production lines in parallel.
* Great cross group collaboration skills who can work across multiple organizations, product marketing as well as business planning teams.
* Advanced value proposition development and messaging & positioning skills.
* Skills for Presentations both internal to Leadership Team and V-team, as well to Partners.
* Knowledge on how develop business in 1:1 mode with Large Accounts and in 1:Many mode to Breadth Channel and other large audiences.
