About Our Client
Our client is a home appliance manufacturer, as they have a lot worldwide shipping business. They are looking for a Ordering Admin and shipping manager join their company to support their business growth in China.
Your job's responsibility will be focus on several parts: customers services, shipping forwarder management, financial aspects. You will be the person to negotiate with your customer, to let them satisfy with you service, So you will be the liaison and follow up the whole order until delivery. You will be communicating with 3PL company you think is suitable to work with. Cost is a fundamental requirement for manager level position, and you will be helping for product cost adjustment.
The Successful Applicant
For successful application, you need to hold bachelor or above degree, in relevant industry, 8-10 years working experience, has experience supporting internal team and external customers. You need to be familiar with logistic, customer services, export sales. You need to have excellent English communication skills, strong presentation & negotiation skills in both Chinese and English. Customer-Oriented.
