Planning and Budgeting
Propose and recommend plant strategy; develop and implement plant budget and plan; allocate plant budget to sub functions and monitor the achievement of the budget; in order to achieve annual plant goals.
People Management & Development
Allocate and balance work across subordinates; review and provide timely performance feedback to subordinates; mentor, develop and motivate them; provide technical training and support to sub-department employees; evaluate and advise annually on department employee's performance ranking; resolve people/functional issues in the department in order to improve effectiveness and achieve targeted department performance.
Daily Operation Management
(i)Daily Monitor the Production Status and develop tracking process to ensure delivery according delivery plan (ii) Closely work with planner team to understand the overall customer order status and lead the preparation of manpower plan (iii) Monitor each VSM productivity daily result to define production issues quickly
Strict quality management
Lead setting aggressive quality target within manufacturing operation for management to approve; supervise and monitor production process against quality requirement; lead quality problems solving improvement in order to ensure team meet quality targets.
(i) Implement and monitor EHS policies in order to ensure compliance with company regulation;
(ii) Report the potential risk to EHS function in order to ensure manufacturing safety also improve future company EHS.
(i) Review and approve department's inventory count plan in order to find out the variance against the standards;
(ii) Review department's production order(PO) and then pass to Finance for further analysis in order to balance all resources for production.
(i) lead cross function team to develop proper working process to improve manufacturing working condition and ensure propore support
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor degree, automotive business
Fluent in oral and written English
10 years of experience in operation, including 5 years management experience in plant management
strong leadership, People management skills, details-oriented, decision-making, team-work spirit
