About Our Client
Our client is world leading retailer company, their product cover all kinds of catalogue, provide for worldwide end customer. As their business expanding, many new product and new vendor are joining into their vendor list. In logistic and shipping operation, order fulfilment will be the most important figure; they are now looking for new expert to join in their operation team.
As a operation manager for logistic and shipment operation, on time delivery will be one of the key KPI in daily work. To do that, you need to communicate with vendors, managing delivery time and any issue within the delivery process. When working with other department, you will need to have good communication skills, so you will have the chance to lead and complex cross-functional projects.
The Successful Applicant
For successful applicant, you should have at least 5 years operation or logistic experience, working with complex data sets and proficiency in computer software. You should have experience working with process improvement techniques, like Kaizen, Lean and Six Sigma, team oriented, able to meet tight deadlines while working on several projects simultaneously. English must be excellent, flexible, possess strong written and oral communication skills.
